Want to share a beautiful loft apartment in New Bedford with me? (rent approximately $500/month) [Aug. 8th, 2008|08:57 am]

I am a 29 year-old professional female looking for an roommate for an amazing apartment in New Bedford. I recently toured the WAMSUTTA LOFTS (www.wamsuttaapartments.com) and they are BEAUTIFUL. I really want to live there, but can’t afford a one bedroom on my salary. Two bedroom apartments at Wamsutta are available for just under $1,000, so rent would be about $500 each. No utilities included, but this place is BEAUTIFUL and definitely has its perks (hardwood floors, central air, exercise room, outdoor area for dogs, etc.). I am looking for a roommate that is responsible, doesn’t smoke, doesn’t have a cat (I’m allergic), and wouldn’t mind living with a dog (I have a very cute, well-behaved, medium-sized dog; you could have a dog too as long as the two dogs got along). I don’t really care about gender or age as long as you have a steady income, are relatively neat and laid back, and don’t want to party all the time (just sometimes). Wamsutta is brand new- they are still finishing the units- but move-in should happen the first week of September. There is a slight discount in rent if we sign a lease ASAP.
